However, the peasant only can acquire the new technology through learning, researching and spreading, which can propagandize，demonstrate and help the peasant. The Technical Service System of Countryside is the impetus to help to transfer the research and technology product to the true product. The current technical service system of countryside was set up under the planning economical system, which focused only on the spread of the agriculture technology. In general, it can’t meet the requirement of the globalization of world economy and the production of agriculture, in that it brings out a new requirement of the technical service system of countryside. Deyang has built up the primary mode of new technical service system of countryside, built up the demonstrate park of agriculture technology and experts compound of agriculture, but all these medium institutions are at the very beginning period.
