The fourth chapter proposes effective ways to promote the executive power of our government from a public policy perspective, namely deepening administrative system reform, perfecting administrative accountability, cultivating the culture of the executive power of our government, innovating public policy, improving the surveillance system of the executive power and improving the quality of government workers. The third and fourth chapters are key parts of the paper. At the end of the paper, I summarize my findings and look at the future of the executive power of our government from a public policy perspective.
