中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 Research on Scanning Path Planning and Scanning Time Optimizing in Ultrasonic Detecting system for Complex Components Abstract Complex Components are applied vastly in industrial products. It is practical to detect defects in their production process efficiently and accurately because they are possible to cause inner defects. In this paper, path planning methods for various complex components were proposed according to their outside features and parameters. What’s more, a method for time optimizing was put forward. It is inefficient when zero points sensors were used in detecting process. So zero points sensors were eliminated in this paper. Then method of zero consistency judgement was applied to match zero points. Thus detecting time was optimized. The given component was separated to different parts according to its different morphological structures. For every part, calculate the moving amounts in different axes respectively and make up the moving paths of adjacent sections. Then analyze the detecting paths of interactions of parts and parts themselves. In this way, a path planning method was obtained. Methods of zeros consistency judgement was based on inherent period of the component itself which caused by ellipticity in its uniform rotating process. Mechanical vibration and parts’ rough surface gave rise to noise of different frequency to the period signals. So wavelet multi-resolution analysis was utilized to reduce noise and then period signals were extracted. Cross correlation Function and Hilbert Transformation were used to judge zero points consistency, then zero points were matched according to offsets. Compared the results of zero points matching method and mechanical zero detecting method, it was verified that zero points matching method was effective.
