Abstract In the 1930s and 1940s, as the industrys invasion of the West, a substantial decline of the handicraft industry in Chinas rural areas, which destroyed the original relative balance of the rural areas, increasing difficulties in the lives of peasants, rural peoples livelihood status of each of the next. Against this background, Fei Xiaotong thank that alone depends of the development of agriculture and city industry, far enough to solve the crisis in the rural areas of China, China must manage to achieve rural industrialization. In turn, through the analysis of the traditional industries in Chinas rural areas through traditional industries and the Wests industrial ills of industries as well as the development of Modern science and technology and the Experiment of Kaixiangong villige, Fei Xiaotong demonstrated the feasibility of rural industrialization. At the same time, from the point of view that promoting the well-being of peiple, according to the Chinese the socio-economic status at that time and the characteristics of the traditional rural industries, Fei Xiaotong gave us the design of rural industrialization mode to achieve. Fei Xiaotong’s thinking and analysis of rural industrialization, obviously Showing us the highlight of their people-oriented values and a holistic view of development, but also exposed some his personal and history limitations of that time. His ideas is a reference for the research rural issues role today.
