Conclusion The personalized micro-down-regulation protocol is an effective protocol to suppress the level of LH.For the younger patients with good ovarian reserve,comparing with the long protocol,the personalized micro-down-regulation protocol(triptorelin 0.5mg-0.7mg) needs less doses and time of gonadotrophin and has higher high-quality embryo formation rate ;for the elder patients with poor ovarian reserve,comparing with the common short protocol,the personalized micro-down-regulation protocol(triptorelin 0.3mg) has higher high-quality embryo formation rate.
