At the same time, computer technology and electronic information technology is also moving forward at an unprecedented rate. In this social context, computer-aided design technology came into being. This paper is commissioned by an enterprise of Harbin to study a computer-aided design system of low-pressure heater. With this purpose, the computer-aided design system platform of low-pressure heater are finally given. In the course of the research, this article begin from the functions the low-pressure heater required to achieve, to the behavior and structure which is able to meet the required function of low-pressure heater. In addition, through the study of the internal relations of the function level, behavior level and structure level and the relations between the function level, behavior level and the structure level, the concept model of low-pressure heater based on the FBS model is derived. And the composition of the product is given. Then through the composition of product, the paper has a further research on the levels, relations and properties of the product by multi-view technology. An organic structure model is given, and described by mathematical expressions and graphic expressions. The structure model allows us to have a deep understanding of the internal structure of the product. At this point, the integral composition of low-pressure heater has been completely described.
