民营企业中的企业文化建设探讨 ［承商要］民营企业作为我国富奋独特魅力的社会群体在国民经济屮发挥着越来越重要的作 用，但我国的民营企业是在特定的历史条件下产生发展起来的，其企业文化存在众多不足之 处，企业文化上的不足严重制约了民营企业的可持续发展。本文旨在对企业文化在民营企业 屮的建设问题进行研究，阐述了企业文化的内涵与作用，运用案例分析，重点分析了民营企 业文化建设中存在的问题，对民营企业文化建设中的缺陷提出了Cl己的策略和建议，为民营 企业文化建设走上健康的轨道，实现民营企业的可持续发展提供借鉴价值。 Discussion on enterprise culture construction of private enterprises [Abstract] Private enterprise as a social group of rich and distinctive charm in our country is playing an increasingly important role in national economy，but private enterprises of our country is developed in a particular historical conditions and its corporate culture exists many deficiencies, lack of enterprise culture of private enterprises in the sustainable development. This paper aimed at the problem of enterprise culture construction in private enterprises, this paper introduces the connotation and function of enterprise culture, analyzed the problems existing in the private enterprise culture construction, the defects of the private enterprise culture construction put forward its own strategy and the suggestion, took to the track of healthy private enterprise culture construction, make private enterprises to realize sustainable development.
