浅谈印刷业烟用商标质量安全性指标(VOGs〉管控工作 ［ ］随着人们生活品质与生活品味的提高，越來越多的消费者追求个性化包装，为了 满足消费者的各种需求，增加烟包产品的附加值，设计者与生产者们不断在材质、印刷、设 计制作上下功夫，从基纸到图文、色彩等不断求新，以求吸引消费者的眼球，用漂亮的外 装刺激消费者的购买欲望。但生产工艺的复杂化、印刷的多样化，随之带来的除了成本的增 加外，还有一系列的不安全因素和浪费资源、环境污染等问题，印刷屮残留有大量的有机化 合物(VOCs),这些有机溶剂的残留不仅会改变卷烟吸食品质，它们的积累还对人体有一定 的危害。本文较为深入的对烟包印刷业质量安全性指标(VOCs)的管理及控制工作进行论述， 并提出相应对策。 ［关键字］质量安全性指标(VOCs) 烟包印刷业质量管理 Management and control of the chemicals in printing industry’s [Abstract] Following the improvement of peoples’ quality of life and their tastes, more and more consumers are seeking personalized packaging of gifts and products. To satisfy the varying needs of different consumers, and to increase the added value of different tobacco products, designers and manufacturers are constantly reviewing and adjusting their packaging materials, methods of printing, and overall design. From the basic packaging paper to the smallest details of packaging graphics, there is constant innovation in all aspects of design, in order to attract consumers’ attention; a constant pursuit of more and more beautiful packaging to stimulate the consumer’s desire to buy. However，as production processes have gotten more complicated and methods of printing have become more diverse, additional problems have arisen beyond the basic issue of cost of production, such as concerns of the safety of new materials and methods, conservation of resources, pollution and environmental hazards, and so on. The process of printing regularly produces a large amount of residual volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These compounds not only impact the quality of the cigarettes, but can also accumulate in the body and produce serious health problems. This essay thoroughly examines the cigarette packaging and printing industry’s relationship with VOCs, including management and control of the chemicals, quality and safety indicators, and existing policies，and also proposes further reforms and countermeasures.
