信息浅析ERP系统项目管理模块的二次开发 ［摘要］随着倍息技术的进步及激烈市场竞争的多元化，引进ERP这种代表了世界上最先进的 管理思想和方法的管理信息系统是大势所趋。许多国内外著名公司基于自身的信息技术并根裾企 业整合的A法论发展出完整且复杂的ERP系统，堪称是企业参考模型的最佳典范。但是企业的业 务流程与介业的文化特质是互不相同的，冈此在导入ERP的过程屮经常会产生ERP无法满足企 业本身需求或与企业产生不合适的状况，因而产生了 ERP用户化和二次开发的问题。所以在实施 ERP系统的过程中用户化和二次开发就成为了必不吋少的组成部分。ERP二次开发方法不仅要侖 技术和项目管理的理论体系，而且还应具冇可操作性，能够对具体的二次开发工作起到良好的作 用。 Simply analyze the secondary development of ERP system of project managementmodule [Abstract] With the advances in information technology and fierce competition in the market diversification, the introduction of ERP which represents the world’s most advanced management ideas and methods of management information systems is the trend. Many famous domestic and foreign information technology companies have developed complete and complex ERP systems, which are based on their own information technology and according to the methodology of enterprise integration, so-called the best business model of the enterprises reference model. But there are difference between company’s business processed and corporate culture characteristics, so during the process of ERP introduction, ERP often can’t meet the own need of the enterprise or unsuitable conditions would be happened between it and interprises, which resulting in the customization and secondary development issues of ERP. Therefore, the implementation process of ERP system customization and secondary development become an integral part. Secondary development of ERP must not only have the theoretical system of technology and project management, but also should be of operable and play a good role to the develop of specific secondary.
