论会计人员的后续教育体系的构建 ［夺商要］随着世界经济一体化和我国会计市场的开放，社会对会计信息和会计人员的要 求越来越高，会计工作迫切需要会计人员迅速提升综合素质，适应会计职业准入的要求。 会计人员是会计工作的主要承担者，其素质直接关系到会计工作的质量，会计人员后续教 育显得愈加重要。论文在分析会计人员的后续教育现状以及存在问题的基础上，借鉴国外 发达国家的会计教育模式，结合我国的实际情况，提出了完善我国会计人员后续教育体系 的对策。 ［关键词］会计人员后续教育体系构建 The follow-up education of accounting personnel system construction [Abstract] With the integration of the world economy and China’s accounting market opening，people on the accounting information and accounting personnel demand more and more, accounting work is in urgent need to improve the comprehensive quality of accounting personnel rapidly，to adapt to the accounting occupation admittance requirement. Accounting personnel is the main accounting work undertaker, their quality directly related to the quality of the accounting work, accounting personnel continuing education is more and more important. Based on analyzing the follow-up education of accounting personnel present situation and the existing problems, and on the basis of foreign accounting education mode in developed countries, combined with the actual situation in our country, the author put forward some countermeasures for the follow-up education of accounting personnel system construction.
