舢㈣『|『|f川JIffl『『f『f||If|㈣f『f『|舢硕1：论文 舢㈣『|『|f川JIffl『『f『f||If|㈣f『f『|舢 硕1：论文 河南省道路运政管理信 Y1 9 1 8958 摘 要 随着经济的飞速发展，道路运输业也得到了蓬勃发展，如何对道路运输业进行有 效的管理，对道路运政管理部门来说是一个极大的挑战。仅靠原有的管理手段对道路 运输业进行管理已经远远跟不上现实的要求，迫切需要开发建设全新的运政管理信息 系统。 本论文主要研究的内容是在深入调查河南省交通运政行业管理信息化的现状和 存在问题的基础上，借鉴国内、外该行业的先进经验，结合当前的行业管理形势，采 用先进的计算机信息技术，按照流程化管理的思路，设计通用全省的运政管理信息系 统。 通过深入调研，对运政管理信息系统做出整体规划和详细需求分析；采用面向对 象的设计方法、三层C／S体系结构，分九个模块设计了通用全省运政行业的河南省道 路运政管理信息系统业务办公软件；采用SQL Server 2005设计了运政管理的数据库， 通过建立映射表和函数转换来解决数据冲突，将原来不同数据源、不同数据结构的各 个运政部门数据库迁移到所设计的数据库中，实现异构数据库的数据集成；按照数据 集中存放的方案，采用经济实用的MPLS VPN技术进行组网，在保证数据安全基础 上，节省经费，达到预期效果。最终实现全省共用一个通用管理平台，数据高度共享， 系统顺利运行。 关键字：运政管理 信息系统 数据库计算机网络 硕士论文Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract The transport industry is growing vigorously with econonlic development．How to manage it effectively is great challenge to road transportation management．thus，only depending on existing management can not meet the reality,developing new management information system is needed urgently． Based on investigating present situation and existing problem of road transportation management in Henan Province deeply；using the domestic and foreign experience for reference；with the current management situation of the industry，the information system of Henan road transportation management is designed in this article． Through in-depth research,the comprehensive plan 011 information system of road transportation management is done，the requirement analyzed．Using object—oriented design method and three layers structure of C／S，the common platform software of Henan Province’s conlnlon information system of road transportation management is designed in the nine modules；Using SQL Server 2005，the data base of road transportation management is designed；through establishing a mapping table and functions U：．ansition, data conflicts is Resolved；database having different data sources and different，data structures of all transportation management department is removed into the designed data base，data Integration of HDB Heterogeneous database is
