Against the question, the Chinese Government according to Chinas large population base, a large number of the actual situation in the rural population and effectively made a new type of rural cooperative medical system. It is precisely because of our country at all levels of government in rural medical and health products supply process exist many problems and restrictive provisions of article analysis of reasonable medical and health products in rural areas causes the supply problem as well as scientific measures to solve these problems and ways. As the article pointed out, efforts to increase government subsidies, through the mandatory policy and legal means of financing to increase the supply of rural medical and health products to address the free-rider problem, a radical solution to the medical and health products in rural areas the shortage of supply to solve the problem.
