摘 要 盘形加热炉是借炉底的旋转，使放置在炉底上的坯料由装料口移到出料口的一种机械化加热炉。该加热炉具有炉温均匀、可加热异形坯料、加热质量较好、没有水冷黑印等优点，可用于轧钢车间穿孔机后的再加热和锻前加热。 该设计是在所学《传热学》、《火焰炉》、《筑炉工艺》、《耐火与隔热材料》等专业课的基础上，查阅大量加热炉设计资料，对盘形加热炉进行整体设计。该设计为产量为30t/h燃烧高焦混合煤气转底式盘形加热炉。 设计内容包括文献综述、热工计算、坯料加热计算、炉子主要尺寸确定、炉膛热平衡与燃料消耗量计算、煤气烧嘴选用、换热器设计计算、空气管路系统及鼓风机选择、烟气阻力损失及烟囱计算、英文文献翻译等几部分。最后使用CAD绘制加热炉本体图。 关键词：转底式 盘形加热炉 辐射换热器 Abstract Through the rotation of the bottom, the disk-shaped furnace is a mechanized furnace that made the blank placed in the bottom from the loading port to the discharge port . The furnaces temperature is uniformity. The furnace can heated shaped blank and better quality heating, no water cooling black mark, etc..The furnace can be used for reheating and forging before heating the steel rolling workshop puncher. On the basis of studying the heat transfer,flame furnace, construction process , refractory and insulation materials ,we access to a large number of furnace design, then we got the overall design of the disc-shaped furnace .The design is a furnace that have production of 30t/h, burning high coke mixed gas and is a disk-shaped rotary hearth type furnace. The design includes a literature review, thermal calculation, billet heating calculation, determination of stove main dimensions, determine the furnace heat balance of fuel consumed, the gas burner selection, design and calculation of heat exchangers, air pipeline system and blower selection, flue gas resistance loss and chimney computing, English literature translation of several parts. Finally the use of CAD drawing furnace body diagram.
