Long time work makes them fell tired and oppressive even sick. So association space should be bring in the High-rise office building to offer a kind of space in which people can rest,communicate,andenjoy the sight. Association space can make people rest ofter work.Thestandard of the space will influence the physical and psychological health of people and work efficiency. Pay attention to the association space inside of the High-rise office building would make the office more kind. Through literature and field survey,the writer find that there are many problems come with the rapid development of office buildings in China recent years.Such as limited construction,land reduction,etc. Lack of proper close scrutiny at the beginning of the design cause a lot of problems.A variety of defects appared after the completion,such as poor environmental quality. The unnecessary space in the most office buildings has been reduced in order to create more and more office space. This kind of buildings make people feel stingy, and also cause inconvenience.Such as the vestibule reception space ,they should be used to display good image of the enterprise, has become a scar on the enterprise’s face. Employees have no good place to go to have a rest after work, work pressure can not be eased,cause boredom of psychological anxiety and decrease of efficiency, etc. I
