内容 】随着经济迅速发展，工程建筑施工项目不断增多，给建筑行业提 供了千载难逢的发展机会，但是随之而来的工程评估也越发的艰难。工程规模的 不断扩大以及建设数量的不断增长，导致工程建设的难度更加的大，在建筑工程 施工中需要交叉合作和协调作业，假如操控不好，评估不好，在工程施工的后期 就会由于种种问题影响到工期的如期完成，造成工程资金的浪费，产生质量问题， 严重的甚至会产生安全隐患。本篇论文对项B评估的意义与作用进行了研究，通 过对项目评估的意义和作用进行研究，能够有效提升项目的投资项目决策水平， 提升投资效益，提高项目前期工作效率的需耍：同时，评估评估时所坚持的独立、 科学规范和客观公正原则也能够有效解决项R本身存在的问题，实现我国工程项 目建设的进一步发展。 ［关键词】项0评估；工程质量；施工评估 Abstract】 With the rapid economic development, increasing engineering construction project，the construction industry to provide a rare opportunity for development, but also the attendant engineering assessment more difficult.
