Methods 80 family members of patients with head injury were investigated with SCL-90 and EPQ. Results Total score of SCL-90 and factors scores in family members of patients with head injury are significantly higher than those in the norm. Some factors such as female, younger and lower education in family members of patients are not favorable for their mental health, whereas extroversive-stability personality is favorable for their mental health. Conclusion There are many mental health problems in the family members of patients with head injury, and those problems are influenced by many factors. We should give psychological intervention to family members of patients. 【Key words] Head injury； Family member； Mental health； SCL-90 颅脑损伤是一种严重的躯体疾病，不仅会危及患者的生 命，同时对患者家属的心理带来巨大的冲击，严重损害患者 家属的心理健康。本研究对颅脑损伤患者家属的心理健康状 况及其影响因素进行调查分析，旨在有针对性地对患者家属 进行心理指导及健康宣教，提高其心理安全感和心理承受能 力。 1对象和方法 1.1对象患者为2005年10月?2006年10月在咸宁学 院附属第一医院住院的病人，均符合颅脑损伤的诊断标准， 并经CT或MRI证实。共80例，其中男61例，女19例；年 龄4?68岁，平均36. 9± 17. 3岁；伤情分级：轻型12例， 中型20例，重型48例。每一病例调查一名在住院期间照护 患者的家属。80名患者家属中男36名，女44名；职业：工 人24名，农民12名，干部16名，个体12名，其他16名； 与患者关系：父(母)子(女)42名，配偶30名，兄(姐) 弟(妹)8名；年龄22?61岁，平均36. 9±10. 6岁；教育 年限5?17年，平均10. 2±4. 2年。 1.2方法对80名患者家属采用症状自评量表 (SCL-90)[l]、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ) [2]进行调查。取年龄 的中位数39将80名患者家属为两组，〈39岁组40名，彡39 岁组40名，取教育年限的中位数10分也为两组，彡10年组 44名，〉10年组36名。对不同性别、不同年龄、不同文化 程度和不同人格类型患者家属进行对照分析。 1.3统计学处理应用SPSS 10.0软件对所有数
