中文摘要摘要 中文摘要 摘要 随着造船业的竞争日益激烈，以及最近持续低迷的市场环境，采取何种措施来 降低企业的成本，提高企业的效益，成为每个造船厂关注的焦点；如何快速响应 客户的需求、缩短生产周期，提高自身产品的柔性，以保证正常生产条件下减少 不必要的浪费、降低库存水平，提高生产的效率是每个造船厂追求的目标。 本文首先对国内外船厂目前管理现状进行了研究。文章从生产物流及精益生 产的基木理论出发，根据A船厂生产现状的分析，选取了最适合A船厂发展的先 进生产方式一精益生产方式，并在此生产方式下展开对A船厂生产物流的研究。以 A造船厂半潜平台的整个生产建造和物流现状为研究对象，基于对关键建造环节及 物流现状的研究，之处在此平台建造过程中在生产工艺和物流管理方面存在的主 要问题及采取的措施。 首先，介绍了生产物流及精益生产的相关理论及造船企业的生产物流管理的 特点。其次，对A造船厂的情况做了概述，并对半潜平台的生产建造流程做了大 体介绍。再次，对建造关键环节上涉及到的仓库、材料预备车间及管加工车间目 前的生产方式及管理现状进行了描述并对造成不合理现象的原因进行了分析。最 后，提出了基于精益生产方式下的生产物流的优化方案。通过对生产及物流过程 的研究，找出存在于生产活动中的隐藏的浪费、不合理的工序以及不合理的布置。 通过优化生产布局及生产工序消除不必要的浪费，从而达到降低生产成本、减少 浪费、缩短生产周期、提高生产效率的目的。本文对A船厂半潜平台实施精益生 产物流的研究，可对其船厂改变生产方式提供参考。 关键词：精益生产；生产物流；优化 万方数据 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the increasingly fierce competition in the shipbuilding industry and me recent downturn market environment，it has become the focus for each shipyard how to reduce the costs and improve efficiency，how to respond quickly to meet customer requirement with short production lead time，how to improve the product tS flexibility, and then ensure the normal production conditions along with reducing unnecessary waste and inventory levels etc．It is the goal of each shipyard to improve production efficiency·The current management situation of the domestic and foreign shipyards were investigated by this article firstly．As per the basic theory of lean production and logistics，it selects the most suitable method for the development of A shipyard with advanced lean production，and then start the study on A shipyard’s production logistics under this mode of production．The production status of the whole cons仃uction and logistics of semi。submersible platform in the A shipyard are taken as studv goal and focus on the study of key aspects of the construction and logistics status to jfind its main problems and then take useful methods． Firstly，it introduces the production logistics and lean production theory and the features of shipbuilding company’S production logistics management．Secondlv，it ex
