基于ERP系统的库存设计与开发 摘 要 二十世纪后期以来，企业所处的环境发生了很大的变化。顾客的需求瞬息万变，技术创新不断加速，产品生命周期不断缩短，市场竞争日趋激烈。企业快速提升管理水平的要求也越来越迫切，在这种情况下二十世纪九十年代世界上出现了一种新的管理思想，那就是ERP管理思想。ERP是在MRP II管理体系的基础上融合了其他的现代管理思想和技术后经过多次改进逐步形成的一种比较完善的管理体系。ERP系统的发展为提高企业运作效率提供了强有力的管理与技术支持而库存管理是ERP系统的重要组成部分是企业物料管理的核心科学地管理库存合理的安排计划是企业在激烈的竞争中占据优势的重要条件Since the late 20th century, great changes have taken place in the environment in which companies survive. The demand of customers have been changing at any time, technical renovations have speeded up, life cycle of the product have been shortened, market competition are getting increasingly fierce. There are urgent needs for the companies to upgrade their management expertise. Under this circumstance, a new management concept was evolved in the world since 1990s, which is referred as ERP. ERP was based upon MRPII. Having combined other modern management concepts and technology, ERP has made improvement gradually and evolved to become a comparatively perfect management system. The development of ERP system provides powerful managerial and technological support for enhancing the operative efficiency of enterprises. The stock management counts for an important part of ERP system, which is the core of material management. With the using of stock management, there forms an effectively relative chain in the functional departments, such as producing, purchasing, sales and financial department of business. Both managing the stock scientifically and arranging the schedule reasonably are essential if the business focus on enhancing the efficiency and having priority in the fierce competition.
