The future society peoples life and learning will be more and more dependent on the development of digital technology, more and more digital produce, network, electronic and virtualization. Because of the development of the Internet and the current application situation and development trend, we can fully believe that network technology will greatly change the way we live and work, and even social values will occur to some changes. This design attempts to use eclipse in a Visual Basic teaching website on the Internet architecture, in order to make every student dont have to go out into the classroom, study at home can easily go by surfing on the Internet.
