高速公路监控策略与系统设计摘 高速公路监控策略与系统设计 摘 要 随着经济的发展和社会的进步，高速公路交通需求迅速增长，交通拥挤日 渐严重，安全事故频繁发生，如何解决这一问题，已经成为长期困扰人们的难 题。作为智能运输系统一部分的高速公路监控系统为该问题的解决给出了可行 的方案。 本文概述了目前国内外高速公监控系统研究现状，分析了高速公路监控系 统的目标和作用，了解监控系统硬件设备的组成和功能，为监控系统的设计、 开发提供了基础。 在此基础上，通过讨论高速公路交通流模型，明确了高速公路交通流特点 和各交通参数间的关系。分析了高速公路各种控制策略的特点，提出了安景高 速公路安徽段的控制策略。深入研究安庆至景德镇高速公路安徽段监控系统的 系统构成、功能需求，外场设备布设方案及设备选型。 关键词：高速公路 监控系统 交通流模型 控制策略 The The Expressway Monitoring Strategy and System Design Abstract Along with the economic development and the social progress，the necessity for expressway transport raised very rapidly．Traffic congestion is becoming more serious day by day,which leads to frequent accidents．It has long been a dilemma to solve such a problem disturbing people．As a part of the intelligent transportation system，expressway monitoring system provides a feasible scheme to solve such a bother． The article，by studying the present research of the system of inspect and control of expressway about our country and other countries，while analyzing objective and function and expressway monitoring system，and comprehending the composing and the function of the system of inspect and control of expressway． Based on the above conception，the article by studying the traffic flow model of expressway,expounds relationship between traffic characters and every traffic parameters．The article makes analysis of characters of various controlling strategies for expressway,while putting forward suggestions for the controlling strategy of the section of Anhui province of Anqing··Jingdezhen Expressway,and makes an in--depth study of the systematical component，requirement of the functions，arrangement scheme of site equipment and option of equipment of the section of Anhui province of Anqing—Jingdezhen Expressway monitoring system．The article by studying the traffic flow model of expressway,expounds relationship between traffic characters and every traffic parameters， Key words：Expressway, Monitoring System，Traffic Flow Model， Controlling Strategy 插图清
