( ) 南京农业大学学报 　1997 ,20 3 : 7～12 　 　 Journal of N anjin g A gricult ural U niversity 小 麦 籽 粒 灌 浆 性 状 的 轮 回 选 择 王 　敏 　姚维传 (安徽农业技术师范学院农学系 , 凤阳 233100) ( ) ( ) ( ) 摘要 　1993～1995 年 ,利用太谷核不育基因 Ta1 对小麦籽粒灌浆持续期 GFD 和灌浆速率 GFR 进行轮 回选择。结果表明 ,3 轮选择增益显著 ,每轮平均增益 GFD 为 4 77 % , GFR 为 821 % 。对 GFD 和 GFR 的 选择彼此间呈负响应 ,两者的相关系数 r = - 0. 912 0 。在灌浆期亚群中 ,退化小穗数和穗粒数间接增 益较大。在灌浆速率亚群中 ,千粒重间接增益较大。两个亚群从 C 至 C 单株粒重明显提高 ,每轮平均增 o 3 益分别为 4 11 %和 329 % 。各轮选群体的遗传变异均得到较好保持。 关键词 　小麦 ; 灌浆 ; 性状 ; 轮回选择 ; 太谷核不育 ; 群体改良 中图分类号 　S5121031 RECURRENT SEL ECTION FOR GRAIN FILL ING CHARACTERS IN WHEAT Wang Min and Yao Weichuan (Dept of Agronomy , Anhui Agrotechnical Teachers College , Fengyang 233100) ABSTRACT　Grain yield of wheat is related closely to grain filling characters. The objectives of this research were to investigate the effect of recurrent selection , by using Ta1 gene , on increased grain filling duration ( GFD) and rate ( GFR) , and indirect effects on grain yield components and some agronomic characters. After 3 cycles of selection , both duration and rate of grain filling were increased significantly. The gain of selection for GFD and GFR was 4. 77 % and 8. 21 % , respectively , per cycle. The grain yield characters were indirectly improved to a certain extent. Grain yield per plant in two subpopulations was increased by 4. 11 % and 3. 29 % per cycle. There was a marked genetic variation in all recurrent selection populations. Key words 　wheat ; filling ; cha
