基于 SOA 的化妆品企业信息系统整合研究 摘要 信息技术在化妆品企业的生产、研发和销售管理等领域已经有了非常广泛 的应用，目前已经成为支持化妆品销售生产的重要手段。随着化妆品企业的竞 争日益激烈，化妆品企业对于信息的处理速度和要求也越来越高。中国的化妆 品企业处于迅猛发展之中，信息化需求不断的呈现,也不断的变化，随之而来的 信息技术与管理理念也在不断推陈出新。 本文通过国内化妆品企业发展的特点、信息化现状和信息化需求，参考 PY 化妆品股份有限公司的信息化建设过程中的情况，通过相关的资料和数据的比 对，分析了案例企业在信息化建设的过程中存在的信息孤岛、费用管理散乱， 预算线下控制等问题；从 2014 年案例企业的信息化整合项目出发找出 PY 在信 息化发展中的存在问题并分析其产生原因；重点介绍 PY 公司因为信息孤岛问题 所造成的原因及结果，并给出对应的信息整合解决方案。 论文通过重点分析该公司网络架构层次，业务系统层次，和特殊应用系统 层次的系统整合问题及各系统之间的数据传递与约束，根据案例企业的管理要 求，将费用管理采用统一标准进行系统建设规划，理顺预算的相关业务和费用 体系等方面进行信息系统整合方面的研究和总结。对 PY 企业今后的管理发展建 设中提供了信息化的帮助，并对其今后的信息化发展提出了探讨和展望。 关键词：化妆品，费用管理，信息系统整合，SOA I  Abstract Information technology has been widely used in the fields of production, R D and sales management of cosmetics enterprises, and has become an important to support the production and sales of cosmetics. With the increasingly fierce competition in the cosmetics business, the cosmetics companies of the requirements and the processing speed to the information are increasingly higher. Chinas cosmetics companies are in rapid development, information needs not only continue to appear, but also in constant change, the information technology and the management concepts are constantly emerging. This paper through the characteristics of domestic cosmetics enterprises development, information status and the needs of information technology, refer to the information construction process of the PY CO. Ltd.’s situation, through the comparison of relevant information and data, analyze of the case of enterprises’ the information island, cost management scattered, control and other issues under budget in the process of information building. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of information technology from the information integration project of the case enterprise in 2014, and analyzes the causes of the problem.
