基于 SolidWorks 的剪切机设计与三维造型软件的开发 摘 要 随着生活质量的提高和环保意识的增强，构建和谐社会也成为了我国的指 导思想,资源再利用是现在各个国家研究的一个重要方向。本课题的主要来源于 对废弃电路板再资源化，利用剪切机对印刷线路板进行粉碎。剪切机是机床的 一种，适用于金属回收加工厂、报废汽车拆解场、冶炼铸造行业，对各种形状 的型钢及各种金属材料进行冷态剪断、压制翻边，以及粉末状制品、塑料、玻 璃钢、绝缘材料、橡胶的压制成型。文中主要对各种类型剪切机的工作原理进 行了分析，通过对印刷线路板（ PCB）剪切机主要零部件进行参数化计算，设 计出了该剪切机的总体结构。利用 SolidWorks 对其进行了三维模型的建立并进 行了干涉检测，输出了主要零件的工程图。运用专业的分析软件对它进行了力 学分析。运用 VB 对剪切部件进行参数化、模块化的二次开发。对提高剪??机 在今后的结构上有一定的指导作用，对进一步改进设计有重要的参考价值。 关键词：剪切机设计；SolidWorks 建模；二次开发；印刷线路板 the design of shears machine and the development of three-dimensional software based on SolidWorks Abstract With the improvement of living standards and the awareness of environmental protection become more and more important currently, Building a harmonious society has become the guiding principle in China. Re-use of resource is an important direction of research now in various countries. This article is mainly from the topic of recycling waste printed circuit boards, using shears to smash on the printed circuit board. Shearing machine is a kind of machine which is used for metal recycling plant, scrap car dismantling site and smelting foundry industry, the various shapes of steel and metal materials for cold cut， pressed flange，and powder products , plastic, fiberglass, insulation material, rubber pressing. Shearing machine’s working principle is mainly be analyzed in this text, Design the structure of the shear completely through parameter calculation on the main components of printed circuit board (PCB) shear. Using the SolidWorks establish its three-dimensional modeling, conduct interference detection and output the main part of the engineering drawings. This article use professional analysis software for its mechanical analysis, VB on the shear components for the parameter and the secondary development of modular. This article plays a certain guidance role to improve the structure shearing machine and an important reference value role to improve the design in the further. Key Words：Shearing
