FUS-200全自动尿液沉渣分析仪测定红细胞影响因素的探讨 李洪1，黎其朝1,郑淋1,林珠丽1，唐浏1(1琼海市人民医院检验科571400) 目的探讨草酸钙、磷酸盐类、非晶型盐类、细菌、酵母菌、真菌对 FUS-200全自动尿液沉濟分析仪检测红细胞的影响。方法采用FUS-200全自动 尿液沉濟分析仪和光学显微镜随机检测了我院2014年1月到6月份1376份门诊 和住院患者尿液标木，并采用SPSS 11.0统计软件包分析比较两者的检测结果。 结果草酸钙、磷酸盐类、非晶型盐类尿液标木，FUS-200红细胞检测结果的假 阳性率89.47%，菌尿标木红细胞检测结果的假阳性率35.48%,酵母菌、真菌标 木红细胞检测结果的假阳性率52.14%,三者假阳性率差异具有统计学意义(p 0.05)。结论尿液标木中的草酸钙、磷酸盐类、非晶形盐类、细菌、酵母菌和真 菌孢子可对FUS-200全自动尿液沉濟分析仪检测RBC产生干扰，FUS-200仅作为 一种快速的筛查方法，形态学鉴别仍需显微镜镜检确认。 关键词：全自动尿液沉濟分析仪，红细胞，草酸钙，细菌，酵母菌 Investigation of Influence Factors on Red Blood Cell Detected by FUS-200 Automatic Urine Sediment Analyzer LI HongLl Qi-chao,ZHENG Lin,LIN Zhu-liJANG Liu(Department of Laboratory,Qionghai City Peoplersquo;s Hospital,Qionghai,571400) [Abstract]Objectives To investigate the influences of calcium oxalate,phosphate,bacteria and fungi on red blood cell detected by FUS-200 fully automatic urine sediment analyzer.Methods 1376 urine samples which came from outpatient and hospitalized patients in January to june,2014 were detected ramdonly by FUS-200 automatic urine analyzer and optical microscope . the results detected by two methods were compared using SPSS11.0 statistical software.Results Of urine specimens represent calcium oxalate,phosphate,amorphous salts,the false positive rate of RBC was 89.47%detected by FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer,and they were 35.48%of bacteria and 57.14%of yeast,fungus respectively.While there was a significant difference of false positive rates between each others(plt;0.05).Conclusions The detection of RBC by FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer can be affected by calcium oxalate,phosphate,amorphous salts,bacteria,yeast,fungus in urine specimen.FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer is only a available screening method for RBC that would still be confirmed by microscopy.
