基于 SOA 的档案管理系统设计与实现 中文摘要 随着网络及信息技术的发展，政府部门、事业单位、各大公司都拥有着各自的业 务、办公系统，而这些系统又每时每刻产生着大量的电子档案。根据国家档案局的要 求，对于这些重要的电子档案各级档案局（馆）需要进行及时、有效、安全地收集管 理并加以利用。这就要求档案管理系统与现有的或将有的其它业务系统进行集成。 传统的集成方法点对点集成、EAI由于其自身的局限性无法达到企业对集成的要 求。随着Web服务和SOA技术的成熟，融合Web服务和SOA面向服务的集成(SOI)将是 当前集成的最好方法。它最大的特点是技术的标准性、平台的独立性和服务的可重用 性。 本文从介绍当前档案管理系统对集成的需求现状及面向服务集成的核心技术 SOA和Web服务理论入手，提出了一种基于SOA的架构的档案管理系统的总体设计方 案。分别论述了面向服务的需求分析与设计(SOAD)、面向服务集成的开发及面向服 务集成的案例实现。突出了基于SOA面向服务的集成与平台无关、易于扩展、易于集 成等特点。通过分析，说明了基于SOA架构的档案管理系统的优势及意义，并结合苏 州工业园区档案管理中心在建的档案管理系统与OA系统及虚拟档案室系统建立接口 中SOA的具体应用来进行阐述。 关键词： SOA， Web 服务，企业服务总线，档案管理系统，OA 作 者：金 波 指导教师：李凡长 II 基于 SOA 的档案管理系统的设计与实现 英文提要 SOA Based archive management system design and implementation Abstract With the development of network and information technology, government departments, institutions, companies have or will have their own IT systems which are generating a large number of electronic files every time. According to the policy from the National Archives, these important electronic files must be collected effectively by Archives (Museum). This requires the archive management system makes integration with other existing IT systems. The original integration method just like point to point integration and EAI can not meet the requirement from enterprise. With the development of Web services and SOA technologies, Web services integration and SOA Service-Oriented Integration (SOI) is currently the best way. The characteristics of SOA are the standard, independence and reusage. This paper firstly describes the requirement of integration technology using in archives management system and the theoretical of Web services SOA, then proposes a framework which using SOA as the architecture. This paper introduced the service-oriented analysis and design (SOAD), the SOA development and the case implementation, highlighted the SOA characteristics.
