Research of Requirements Change Management Tool Based on Statistical Process Control Abstract With the development of software engineering，the importance of process has becoming more attracting．Created by the Software Engineering Institution of Carnegie Mellon University,CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)has become an excellent frame for those organizations which care for the improvement and evaluation on software process． Being the spring offs of TQM(Total Quality Management)，SPC(Statistical Process Con．【roO plays all active role in the fields of industry．Inspired by those exciting effects，the application of SPC on software has been an active field during recent years． Requirements Change is critical for the prospect of projects，which involved with process areas of CMMI，such as requirements management，requirements development，risk management，causal analysis and resolution，and so on．In this dissertation，SPC will be applied into the process ofrequirements change management． The main works are listed as following： 1)Describing the importance and reality ofrequirements management，analysis the characters and limitations of tools which support requirements management． 2)Dividing the whole process into 5 phases，defining the conceptions of phase·owners and phase·data,designing a set of templates of phase-data， constructing the binding relationship between phase—owners and phase—data， offering metrics of the requirements change process，all those efforts mentioned above will help in improving process capability,locating the casualsofprocess，judgingthematurity oforganization． 3)A prototype tooI--A4RCM(Assistant for Requirements Change Management)is designed in this dissertation，which overcomes the shortcomings of integration among tools．Furthermore，the design of applying SPC into the process of requirements change management has offered a good method in improving other processes． Key words：softwareprocess，CMMI，requirements change，SPC  合肥工业大学 本论文经答辩委员会全体委员审查，确认符合
