摘要 通过对榆林学院办公自动化现状的分析，阐述了目前在办公自动化系统方面 所面临的问题，从而进一步论证了办公自动化系统研究的必要性和重要意义。 主要探讨了基于 Web 的办公自动化系统的研究背景、系统目标、功能设计、 系统架构、关键技术、系统的安全策略。该系统采用 B/S 体系结构，运用基于 J2EE 的 SSH 框架技术,通过 Internet 对办公相关信息进行动态发布、实时更新、快捷查 询和充分共享，从而有利于实现学校办公的现代化、自动化和高效化。 重点研究了办公自动化系统信息化建设在发展中暴露出的问题，并在研究了 国内办公自动化系统现状基础上，提出了设计和开发系统的解决方案，最后应用 SSH 开发架构开发了基于 J2EE 的办公自动化系统。目前基于该模型开发的办公自 动化系统已经在榆林学院安装使用，今后将根据用户的反馈继续完善。 关键词：办公自动化 管理系统 J2EE SSH Abstract Based on the analysis of the developing status of OA system, the problems against the integration of OA system are presented, and the significance of studying OA is further discussed. The methods, modes and processes of OA are summarized. After studying the characteristic of OA, this paper discusses the research background, system object, function design, system structure, and core technique. The system adopts J2EE and SSH technique to process scientific information through Internet to facilitate the modernization, standardization and efficiency. Through the above analysis, the main research institutions of higher learning in the OA, problems exposed in the development and after studying the status of domestic and international information management system is proposed based on the design and development of systems solutions. Finally the development of SSH was developed based on J2EE architecture research management system to achieve levels of development of a prototype system method. Currently based on the model developed OA system has been used in the installation of Yulin College, the future will continue to improve based on user feedback.
