PAGE 4 PAGE 3 金融学概论 课程论文 题 目: 商业银行社会责任履行与业务持续发展 年级专业： 人力资源管理0905 学生姓名： 孙盼盼 学 号： 200948980537 指导教师： 吴 成 浩 2011年11月 20 摘要 企业作为社会中的重要经济单元，不仅被社会赋予了经济职责，而且必须承担一定的社会责任。商业银行基于其经济上的性质，在追求自身经济效益最大化的同时，更应该承担与其性质相适应的社会责任。而可持续发展是我国商业银行稳定健康发展的内在要求，其核心在于正确处理和把握好管理和发展、质量与速度、长远利益和短期利益的关系问题。文章在分析了我国商业银行必须承担社会责任的基础上，着重探讨了其应该承担哪些社会责任及该如何履行。其次分析了商业银行业务可持续发展的需求条件和基本要素。 关键词：商业银行 社会责任 商业银行业务 可持续发展 Title Commercial Banks’ social responsibility and the development of business sustainable Abstract As a social enterprise in the important economic unit, not only to be social economic responsibilities, and must take social responsibility. Commercial Banks based on its economic nature, in the pursuit of their own economic benefit maximization at the same time, more should take the nature and adapt to the social responsibility. And sustainable development of commercial Banks in China is the inherent requirement of the stable and healthy development, its core is the correct processing and grasp good management and development, quality and speed, long-term interests and the problem of the relationship between the short-term benefits. This article analyzes the our country commercial bank must be on the basis of social responsibility, and discusses its should bear the responsibility and how to which social performance. Secondly analyzes the sustainable development of the commercial banking business demand condition and basic elements.
