摘 要 随着经济全球化的日益深化和全球金融危机的冲击，企业的生存面临着前所 未有的挑战，为了获得竞争优势，不仅要更快更广的Ih；l-拓宽市场，还要赢得内 部的成本优势。为此，生产型企业必须致力于更合理的控制原材料库存管理，制 定和执行更有经济效率的原料计划和采购计划，以更好的满足客户需求、降低企 业运营总成本。 本论文以本人服务的某跨国香精香料公司(以下简称GVD公司)为研究对象， 结合库存管理、采购管理、组织行为学等相关理论研究，通过业内资料、实地观 察和内部访谈，从公司的原料特性和生产特点的两方面探讨该公司在原料库存管 理方面存在的问题和原因；从组织结构、销售预测、订货策略、采购计划、质量 控制、仓库管理等多角度寻求解决库存问题的方案，进而提出了调整组织结构、 供应商质量控制、建立安全库存、改进订货策略、加强仓储管理、贯彻准时制、 采取快速响应、客户差异化等建议，并将这其中的部分方法应用于工作实践，解 决了工作中遇到的一些问题。 关键词：库存管理 原料需求采购计划 香精香料行业 中图分类号：F274  Abstract With the deepening of global economy and impact of global financial crisis，all enterprises are confronted with unprecedented competition． In order to win competitive advantage，companies have to either explore outside market more rapidly and widely，or cut down costs as much as possible．Therefore，it iS a must for operative enterprises to devote themselves in making more efforts to control material inventory in a more reasonable way，and to frame and implement material plan and purchasing plan in a more economically effective method SO as to better fulfiII cl ient’S demand and reduce total operative costs． The thesis takes an international Fragrance＆Flavor company(GVD) in which I joined as a study subject，together with relative theories on inventory management，purchasing management and organizational behavioral science and inner industry information， on—the—spot observation， internal inquiry as well，to make a research on the management of company’S material inventory in two aspects of material characteristic and production feature．Solutions to stock problems can be found through the study of organizational structure，sale’ S forecast， ordering strategy，purchasing plan，quality control and warehouse administration．Suggestions are brought forward，including adjusting organizational structure，controlling material quality from vendors， establishing safety stock， improving ordering policies， enhancing warehouse management，fol lowing out JIT，adopting quick response and customer differentiation．part of which hav
