摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE II 阀体双面卧式专用机床设计 摘 要 应用组合机床加工大批量零件，快捷高效，生产效率高是机械加工的发展方向。本次设计任务是：阀体双面卧式组合钻床及主轴箱设计。设计过程主要阐述了组合钻床的工作原理，设计过程，与通用机床和普通专用机床相比的优越性，并对其主轴箱进行设计和计算。本课题设计的基本任务是完成机械部分的设计，主要有被加工零件的工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图、主轴箱装配图，以及重要零件的绘制。 在设计过程中根据实际情况取得相关数据，参考有关资料，吸取前人的设计经验，并根据客观实际和掌握的现有知识进行改进。 主轴箱是组合机床的主要部件之一，按专业要求进行设计，由通用部件组成。其主要作用是：根据被加工零件的加工要求安排各主轴位置，并将动力与运动由电机或动力部件传给各工作主轴，使之得到要求的转速和转向。 关键词：阀体，组合钻床，主轴箱 Body double horizontal special machine tool design ABSTRACT Application of combination of machining parts in large quantities, fast and efficient, high productivity is machining direction.
