摘 要 本公共教学楼共5层，层高是4.2m，建筑面积约6128.5m2，建筑总高度21.3米，采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计地震分组为第一组，设计地震基本加速度为0.1g。整个设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑设计部分，首先对建筑外观、建筑面积、建筑高度、层高和室内净高进行设计，然后对局部进行设计，如楼地面、顶棚、屋面、楼面、坡面、楼梯位置等进行设计。各部分都按照规范要求进行设计，最后绘制建筑施工图。 结构设计部分，首先根据建筑设计、使用要求以及场地地质条件等确定结构布置方案，然后选取一榀典型框架进行设计计算 ，进一步确定框架承受的荷载，再进行变形验算，然后进行横向水平与纵向水平地震作用的计算，最后绘制结构施工图。 关键词：教学楼，建筑设计，结构设计，钢筋混凝土框架结构 ABSTRACT The public school building 5 floors, the storey is 4.2m, construction area of about 6128.5m2, total building height of 21.3 meters, the use of in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, seismic intensity of 7 degrees the design earthquake grouped into the first group, the basic design earthquake acceleration is 0.1g.
