AbstractSince Abstract Since we followed the policy of reform and opening，Exchange rate of RMB has experienced twice reforms．The first time was the official exchange rate and the market exchange rate of RMB came true unification in 1 994，the exchange rate of RMB began tO devaluation．The next time was managed floating exchange rate system reform during 2005．RMB exchange rate start to new phase of slow appreciation from 2005．But the appreciate of RMB trend tO weakened since 201 3， and the devaluation sign of RMB began in February 20 1 4．And then，the exchange rate of RMB against the US dollar beginning depreciate sharply and bring tremendous influence to Our country．As China continues to expand the openness，the degree of China’S economy which been driven by export presenting a rise．Because of the strong impact about export，the influence of RMB is also rising．In this background，we need research the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate and the change of the development of Chinese import and export trade． The first chapter introduces the research background and significance，and then make brief description about the present research situation and documentation of domestic and overseas．At last，I summarize the research methods and framework of this paper． The second chapter is the theoretical part．This part describes the basic theory and analyzes the channel of the international trade balance which has been affected by exchange rate changes． The third chapter introduce the history of RMB exchange rate during 1 980 to． 20 1 3，and then analyze the influence which about the import and export trade．In this paper,the 1 980 to 20 1 3 period is divided into three distinct phases and discuss．At last，the paper summarizes the effect of exchange rates on international trade．rates． The fourth chapter introduce the history of RMB exchange rate from 20 14 to now,and then analyze the influence which about the import and export trade． Nowadays，the devaluation of RMB bring lot of opportunities
