温州医科大学硕士学位论文The 温州医科大学硕士学位论文 The Case Reports of Immediate Implant and Immediate Restoration in the Maxillary Esthetic Zone Abstract In recent years．with the development of the dental implant material and the implant surgical techniques，especially the implant technology in the maxillary aesthetic area,the immediate implant technology and immediate restoration technology have gained popularity in clinical practice．At the same time，the evaluation of the implant Success in the maxillary aesthetic area,iS no longer confined to recover function of missing teeth，but to gain aesthetic effect，including the Pink Esthetic and Mlite Eesthetic．Therefore．the objective of this study was to assess the clinical effect of the implant immediate and the immediate restoration in the maxillary anterior teeth．W．e selected five patients treated in Dental Department from December 2014 to August 2015，2 ofthem were men，the others were women， at the age between l 8 t0 44．5 Straumann BL implants were inserted in maxillary aesthetic areas．Three of these patients belonged to immediate ireplant,and other 2 patients belonged to the delayed implant．AH of them were adopted the immediate restoration within 24 hours． After 3～6 months，when the gingival recontouring completion．the height of gingival palilla and the soft-tissue contour were all achieved stable．Then to make the final restoration．Through the clinical observation of 6—12 months．At finally,W，e assessed the survival of tIle five cases ushag the implant SUCceSS criteria of Albrektsson，and evaluated the aesthetic effects of restoration using the Pink Esthetic Score(PES)and White Esthetic Score (WES)．The result showed the survival rate of the implants Was 1 00％of the 5 cases after 6～1 2 months of clinical observation．then．the clinical conditions showed the higher of the PES and、阮S and the higher patients satisfaction．The total score of c觞e 1 were 14 and 9：The total score of case 2 were 12 and 8：The totaI score of case 3 were ll and 7：The total S
