With the development of society, factories on electric energy quality, economy and reliability requirements are also getting higher and higher. Factory power supply design is perfect not only affects the safety production of the factory, also reflected in the factory on the reliability of electricity supply, it and the economic efficiency of enterprises, safe operation of the equipment and personal safety are closely related. Power system of the factory is to step down power and then to distribute the power to the factories and workshops. It consists of total step-down substation, high voltage distribution lines, substation of workplace, low-voltage distribution lines, measure of protection and power devices. The total step-down substation plant and design of distribution system, which is to resolve the security and the distribution of economic and technological problems, is based on the number and nature of each workshop, the production process on the load requirements, and as well as, the load distribution. The factory is a system, with entrance cables of 10kv, distributing the electricity to substations through bus and high voltage switchgear.
