全球化時代的高等舞蹈教育改革 全球化時代的高等舞蹈教育改革 戴君安 台南女子技術學院舞蹈系 副教授 摘要 自從台灣於 2001 年加入 WTO 後，全球化現象便對社會的各個層面形成極度 的挑戰。高等舞蹈教育也無法倖免於難，值得慎重思考改革的必要性。改革的中 心思維主要圍繞在一個重點上，即是將專業的藝術性舞蹈與休閒性舞蹈之間構建 橋樑。將專業舞蹈休閒化及休閒舞蹈專業化的目的，是基於對人本、文化及環境 的關懷。經此改革可預期的效益包括，提升舞蹈專才的就業機會、使舞蹈轉型為 創意文化產業以及執行文化外交的任務。 關鍵詞：專業舞蹈、休閒舞蹈、文化產業、文化外交。 - 371 - 台南女院學報 第二十三期 Dance Reform in Higher Education in the Age of Globalization Juan-Ann Tai Associate Professor, Department of Dance, Tainan Woman’s College of Arts Technology Abstract Since Taiwan was admitted as a member of the WTO in 2001, the phenomenon of globalization has overwhelmingly challenged every aspects of society. Dance in higher education has also been affected by the same force which force people in the profession to seriously consider reforms in the field. As a crucial part of the reform, the main idea was to bridge the separation of dance as an art form and dance as leisure. The purpose for making professional dance a leisure activity and leisure dance as a profession is based on the concerns of humanity, culture and environment. Benefits that could be expected from the reform are the increasing employment opportunities for dance majors, tran sforming dance for creative cultural industry, and fulfilling the duty of cultural diplomacy.
