本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸 QQ 401339828 郑州华信学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 高筒型件翻边模设计 指导教师： 学生姓名： 专 业： 院 （系）： 答辩日期： 2014年06月12日 本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸 QQ 401339828 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 论文是由拉深模、翻边模设计组成，拉深模具主要是将板料拉深成各种空心零件的磨具，翻边模主要是将工件的孔边缘或外边缘在模具作用下翻成直边的模具，一般在冲压生产中，拉深模是使用最广泛的模具。在模具的生产中，主要是大批量的生产，模具不仅可以保证产品的尺寸精度还可以保证产品的质量。模具的设计与制造主要考虑到的因素很多：确定模具的设计能否满足当前工件的工艺性设计，能否加工出预期较好的合格的零件，以及后来的维修技术和存放是否合理等等。本次设计中的高筒型件翻边模，不仅要考虑使做出的零件能满足规定的工作要求，而且要保证它的使用寿命和其他使用方面的要求。 另外我在设计中还要考虑到模具的实际工作、环境条件和必须完成的设计任务，在设计中我要考虑到很多关于我所设计模具的具体知识，包括模具的使用场合、经济条件、外观要求等。通过此次论文设计我深刻地了解到模具设计是一项很艰巨复杂的工作，需要投入大量的时间和精力，在设计中要一步一步的改进，从而达到预期要求。此次设计通过拉深模、翻边模的设计完成高筒型件的翻边设计，从模具的各个设计细节出发，达到设计要求，并进一步提高对模具设计认识。 关键词：模具设计 高筒型件 拉深模 翻边模 工艺性 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV Abstract Paper is composed of deep drawing die, flanging die design, deep drawing mould is mainly to sheet metal deep drawing into all kinds of hollow parts of abrasive, flanging die is mainly the workpiece hole edge or outside edge in the mold under the action of turning into a straight edge mould, generally in the stamping production, deep drawing die is the most widely used mold. In the mold production, mainly for mass production, the size of the mould can not only ensure the product precision can also guarantee thequality of products. Mould design and manufacture of main considering many factors: to determine the mold design can meet the current technology of artifact design, and work out a better qualified parts, the expected and later maintenance technology and reasonable storage, etc. In the design of the high type flanging die, not only should consider to make the parts can meet the job requirements, and to ensure that its service life and other requirements. In addition I also consider in the design to mold the actual work, environmental conditions, and must complete the design of the task, I want to consider a lot about me in the design of the specific design of mould in the knowledge, including the u
