四川大学网络教育学院 本科生（土木工程）毕业论文（设计） 题 目 高层建筑办公楼设计及防火安全分析 办学学院 四川大学网络教育学院 校外学习中心 重庆广播电视大学开县工作站 专 业 土木工程 年 级 200903级 指导教师 阎慧群 学生姓名 韦小斌 学 号 aDI4091gd004 2011年 四川大学网络教育学院本科生毕业论文 高层建筑办公楼设计及防火安全分析 学生：韦小斌 指导教师：阎慧群 摘 要 近年来高层建筑的发展遍及全国许多大中城市，高层建筑正逐渐成为城市建筑施工的主要内容。 高层建筑的显著特性是“高”，由于其“高”而引发了它与诸多不同于其它建筑的特点。高层办公楼是公共建筑，其规范要求比较严格，能体现出建筑和结构设计的很多重要的方面，选择办公楼建筑和结构设计，从而掌握办公楼设计的基本原理，妥善解决其功能关系，满足使用要求。本办公楼设计本着安全，舒适、实用、耐久、美观，经济，环保节能的原则，严格遵循了国家“建筑设计规范”和“建筑结构设计规范”的有关规定进行设计, 并力求细节完整。结构型式定为框架-剪力墙结构，采用横向承重体系，以增大结构的横向刚度，即横向水平抗震能力。设计分类主要分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分,在建筑设计部分主要进行平面，立面和剖面设计。在结构设计部分进行了结构选型、确定计算单元，基础结构平面布置，各楼层结构平面布置，屋顶结构平面布置及荷载计算,内力计算与组合，梁、柱配筋，基础、板及楼梯设计。 关键词：高层建筑 结构设计 框架剪力墙结构 节能 安全 High-rise office building Writer：wei xiaobin teachers :yan huiqun Abstract: We graduated from high-rise office building design for the proposed structural design, the structure of the tenth layer, a layer of 10 local, so there is the basement, using the framework - shear wall structure.
