PAGE 4 PAGE 1 学科代码：081801 学 号：080902010081 贵 州 师 范 大 学（本 科） 毕 业 论 文 题 目：青桐种群生命表分析 学 院：生命科学学院 专 业：生物工程 年 级：2008级 姓 名：朱其全 指导教师：刘映良（教授） 完成时间：2012年5月2日 青桐种群生命表分析 朱其全 （贵州师范大学生命科学学院，贵州 贵阳550001） 摘要：为了解青桐种群生命过程，对贵阳市云岩区相宝山青桐树林进行群落学调查，编制生命表并分析了生存率、积累死亡率、死亡密度、危险率等生存函数的曲线变化，进而得出青桐种群动态趋势，研究结果表明：青桐种群10年以前存活数急剧下降，死亡率达97.5%后期趋于稳定存活曲线趋于DeeveyⅢ型。生存函数分析表明，积累死亡率单调增加，生存率单调下降，其增加或下降幅度是前期高于后期。死亡率曲线与损失度曲线变化一致，青桐种群生长过程中出有两次次死亡高峰期。 关键词：青桐；种群；生命表；存活曲线；死亡率 Life Table analysis of Firmiana platanifolia Population Zhu Qi-Quan (School of Life Sciences，Guizhou Normal University，Guiyang，Guizhou 550001，China) Abstrac:In order to understand the Firmiana platanifolia population life process, surveied the community of XiangBaoshan Firmiana platanifolia woods in Yunyan District, Guiyang City.The static life table of Firmiana platanifolia population was compiled．The curve variations of survival functions including survival rate,accumulated mortality,death density and danger probability were analyzed.Further more,the dynamic tendency of population amount of Firmiana platanifolia was obtained,obtained.The results showed that:under 10 years Firmiana platanifolia survival decreased dramatically,the mortality rate of 97.5% period tends to be stable,the survival curve tended to be DeeveyⅢ.The analysis on survival function showed that the accumulated mortality was monotonously increased and the survival rate was monotonously decreasedand.The variation in prophase was bigger than that in anaphase.The curve variation of Firmiana platanifolia’s mortality was similar to the dynamic bend of its loss degree.Two death peaks appeared in the population growth process.
