车辆与动力工程学院毕业设计说明书 ______________________________________________________________________________________________ PAGE 2 有限元法研究TBD235V6型柴油机曲轴强度 摘要 建立了柴油机曲轴三维有限元分析的改进模型,详细介绍了曲轴在弯曲和扭转2 种交变应力状态下,其位移边界条件和载荷边界条件的确定以及加载方法,校核了该曲轴提高功率前后的疲劳强度. 计算结果表明, 该模型能够很好地模拟曲轴的实际工作状况,为进一步分析曲轴提供了新思路.动态分析是通过仿真验证而得到的分析结果,这样可以得出曲柄销处的应力载荷。此载荷通过软件应用到有限元模型里面,根据发动机的安装状况得到应用和边界条件。这分析是通过研究不同发动机处于临界转速状况下的曲轴的最危险截面而得到的。对发动机在循环扭转载荷作用下的应力变化进行了调查分析。从有限元分析结果核实了曲轴位置上的应变量。上述得到的的成果分析可用于疲劳寿命计算和曲轴的优化。在此基础上提出曲轴的改进方案,利用试验优化技术对不同的方案进行处理,分析了各结构因素对疲劳强度的影响程度,得到了曲轴的最佳设计方案,并为以后的曲轴设计提供了参考。 关键词:曲轴,有限元分析,边界条件,疲劳强度 FEM ANALYSIS OF THE CRANK STRENGTH OF TBD235V6 DIESEL ENGINE ABSTRACT An improved Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on the crankshaft model of diesel engine is pre2 sented. Displacement boundary conditions and loading boundary conditions as well as loading method under al2 ternating stress status of bending and torsional load are introduced in detail . Based on the improved crankshaft FEA model and boundary conditions,the crankshaft fatigue evaluations before and after power updating are made. The result shows that the improved model simulates the working condition of 6160 diesel engine crank2 shaft practically , and thus provides useful guidance for optimal crankshaft design.The dynamic analysis was done analytically and was verified by simulation in ADAMS which resulted in the load spectrum applied to crank pin bearing. This load was applied to the FE model in ABAQUS, and boundary conditions were applied according to the engine mounting conditions. The analysis was done for different engine speeds and as a result critical engine speed and critical region on the crankshaft were obtained. Stress variation over the engine cycle and the effect of torsional load in the analysis were investigated. Results from FE analysis were verified by strain gages attached to several locations on the crankshaft. Results achieved from aforementioned analysis can be used in fatigue life calculation and optimization of this
