The enterprise must selection and evaluation the partners scientifically in this connection, consequently keeping the supply chain stable and efficient，also holding the advantage of the enterprise in the fierce competition. S group is an enterprise with over 170 years’ history, A good Supplier evaluation selection system well can help to find the compatible supplier，and promote core competitiveness. The thesis begin with introduction of related supplier evaluation selection and know ledge， and describe the present situation and potential problems of S Group. One the theory base，we classified the supplier category, Meanwhile，S Group try to improved supplier evaluation selection system, and evaluated to suitable supplier.
