PAGE 摘要 本文简要介绍了塑料模具行业发展的现状及未来发展趋势；针对洗衣机搅水轮注塑模具设计这一课题，分析搅水轮的产品结构工艺性；运用注塑模具设计的基本原理，设计出的一副注塑模具来生产洗衣机搅水轮产品，以实现自动化提高产量。 其中塑件的工艺分析对零件的特性和材料性能做了简单的介绍，成型零部件的结构设计、浇注系统、脱模系统、冷却系统及有关参数的校核，都进行具体的分析和详细的设计。根据塑件的结构选择螺杆式注塑压力机，采用偏心点浇口的双分型面注塑模具。模具中采用一模一腔，推板推出机构的方法；成型零部件包含镶块和嵌件的设计。模具结构的选择，首先确定模架，接下来是对标准件的选择和非标准的设计等。最后用CAD绘制出模具的装配图和部分零件图，阐明开模工作过程及装配时需要注意的事项。 关键词：注塑模设计；模具结构；洗衣机搅水轮  Abstract This paper is briefly on the status of development of the plastic mold industry and the future development tend . It is introduced the project of the washing machine stir hydraulic injection mold design，according to the analysis of the product structure process and the basic principle of injection mold design technology structure;then a pair of injection mold is designed out to product washer stir hydraulic.It can be easy to be realized automation to increase production. Part of the craft of the characteristics and properties of materials to do briefly introduced .the specific analysis and detailed design of Forming parts of the structure , pouring system, stripping system, cooling system and checking of the related parameters.the Screw injection molding press according to the structure of the product can be chosen .Also Eccentric point gate and Double parting surface are used.Method of mold are a mold a cavity and The push plate to introduce institutions. Molding parts contains inserts and insert design.The choice of the mold structure, first to identify mold base formwork,followed by the choice of the standard and non-standard pieces of the design. etc.Finally, the mold assembly drawing and parts graph can be used CAD to render , the working process of the mold opening is expounded and assembly should be paid attention to matters.
