最新精品文档，知识共享！ PAGE 新建年产35万吨高速连续式棒材车间 摘　　要 本设计根据任务书的要求，新建年产35万吨高速连续棒材车间。产品规格为φ8～φ22mm圆钢和φ8～φ22mm螺纹钢,原料为无缺陷连铸坯。可生产钢种为普碳钢、优质钢和低合金钢。其中，主要设计产品为φ10mm螺纹钢。 设计的主要流程为：车间产品大纲、原料的确定、金属平衡、设计方案的确定、工艺流程的确定、孔型设计与轧制程序表、设备强度与电机能力校核、车间工作制度和年工作小时的确定、轧机组成和型式及其生产能力计算、主要辅助设备及其生产能力计算、车间品面布置及起重运输的确定、主要经济技术指标的确定。 设计主要附件内容为：孔型图、轧制力能参数、轧辊强度校核、主电机能力校核等计算程序、工艺平面布置图。 关键词: 高速棒材 车间设计 连轧 Design a high speed continuously bar rolling plant with annual output of 350,000t Abstract According to the requirements of the project, this design is based on new annual capacity of 350000 tons of high-speed continuous bar rolling workshop.The product specification is φ 8 ~ φ 22 mm round steel and φ 8 ~ φ 22 mm rebar, raw materials for the continuous casting slab without defect.It can produce various kinds of carbon-steel, high-quality steel and low alloy steel. Among them, the main design products is φ 10 mm rebar. The design of the main process is: workshop products outline, ensurance of raw materials, metal balance, determine the determination of design scheme, technological process, determine the groove design and rolling table, equipment strength and motor ability check, workshop work system and ensurance of annual working hours , rolling mill composition and type and its production capacity calculation, main auxiliary equipment and production capacity calculation, workshop product surface arrangement and lifting transportation determination, main technical and economic indexes determination.Design main accessories content is: holed figure, rolling force can parameters, roll strength check, the main motor ability check calculation program, process the floor plan.
