1 石家庄市桥西区土地利用现状分析 刘明慧 中国地质大学长城学院 地球科学与资源系 土地资源管理专业 一班 保定 071000 摘 要 土地是人类赖以生存的基础，在土地数量固定的情况下，随着经济的发展人口急剧的 增加使土地及土地资源的负荷增大，在城市，土地及土地资源的有限性与人口急剧增长， 社会经济发展之间的矛盾日益尖锐。随之而来的交通拥挤、环境污染、耕地减少、资源短 缺等“城市病”都有待我们的解决。本文通过对河北省石家庄市桥西区相关土地数据资料 的研究，分析石家庄市桥西区各类土地的利用现状及利用过程中存在的问题：耕地面积减 少；城市土地节约利用程度不高；城市土地利用规模失控；城市土地利用结构不够合理等。 最后结合当地实际情况对发现的问题提出适当的解决办法：保护耕地；节约利用城市土地， 提高城市土地利用效益；控制城市土地规模；优化城市土地利用结构等。最终使城市土地 利用更为合理有效，为城市人口提供一个更为舒适的生活环境，为城市健康持续的发展， 城市经济的健康增长，城市资源的持续利用提供土地保障。 关键词：城市土地； 土地合理利用； 土地利用程度 Land use analysis of qiaoxi shijiazhuang LiuMinghui Great Wall of China University of Geosciences Institute Land Resource Management Class One Baoding 071000 Abstract Land is the basis for human life, in the case of a fixed amount of land, with the economic development of rapid increase of population to land and land resources of the load increases, in the city, land and the limited land resources and rapid population growth socio-economic development of the contradiction between the increasingly acute.
