福州发展“智慧养老”的服务模式研究——以军门社区为例.doc

经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 福州发展“智慧养老”服务模式研究 ——以军门社区为例 【摘要】IBM最早提出的“智慧的城市”这一个新概念掀起了全球建设智慧型城市的热潮，而“智慧养老”作为“智慧城市”建设的热点领域，承担了城市重要的服务领域。同时，我国正承受着人口老龄化的巨大压力，社会养老问题日益严峻。本文在此背景下，通过文献分析法和调查法等研究方法，梳理和分析了福州市人口现状和现有的三大养老服务方式存在问题，说明福州市发展“智慧养老”的必要性；并以军门社区为例，剖析总结军门社区“智慧养老”的发展现状及存在问题；在此基础上借鉴北京市东城区的“智慧养老”的建设经验，为军门社区构建出完善的“智慧养老”服务模式和提出推进服务模式发展的对策，并逐渐在全福州市推广“智慧养老”服务模式。 【关键词】人口老龄化；“智慧养老”；服务模式；发展对策 Fuzhou Development Wisdom Endowment Service Mode Research - with Junmen Community as An Example Abstract:IBMs wisdom city which was originally proposed a new concept raised a hot wave of global construction of wisdom city, the wisdom endowment as wisdom city of the construction of the hot fields, take the city important services. Based on this background, through the methods of literature analysis and investigation method, combing and analysis of the current situation of Fuzhou population three pension service mode and the existing problems, the necessity of Fuzhou development pension wisdom endowment; And with Junmen Community as an example, analyze the Junmen Community wisdom endowment development present situation and existing problems; On the basis of reference for the construction of the Beijing Dongcheng district wisdom endowment experience, Junmen Community to build a perfect pension wisdom endowment service mode and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of the service mode, and gradually popularized in the whole Fuzhou wisdom endowment service mode.
