It has become a global dissemination and exchange of information and obtaining the most important way. How to effectively use quantity so huge information resources, how in the immense ocean of information search in value of concurrent existing information is not an easy thing, and search engine to solve these problems is one of the most effective tool. Search engine is the current social network information retrieval is the main method, its main function is to effectively and accurately for information retrieval, quick help users find the necessary information. Along with the search engine technologys development and progress, more and more new function appeared in the users perspective, on the other hand as users personalized needs continuously improve search engine in the database index and reptiles strategies have encountered bottleneck, this paper describes the development of the search engine in recent years and analyzes the existing limitations and future development direction of the search engine.
