Enterprises capital structure not only influences capital cost and enterprise market value, but also the impact of corporate governance structure. In recent years, Chinas liquor industry listing Corporation scale has been rapid development, in the economic globalization today, the liquor industry in the fierce competition. Kweichow Moutai as the liquor industry big boss, on the choice of capital structure directly affects the market value of the enterprise, but also play a guiding role to optimize the capital structure of the liquor industry.
