PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 企业资源计划期末专题论文 题 目：我国代工企业的转型升级——供应链管理的影响作用 姓 名： 专 业：市场营销学 学 号; 20** 年1月 摘 要 上世纪八十年代初,OEM代工模式进入我国,并取得了迅速的发展,但是随着经济全球化的不断推进及行业内竞争的日趋激烈,尤其是2008年由美国次贷危机引起的金融海啸，危及到了许多本土代工企业的生存和发展；同时,由于代工企业所处的外在环境及其自身条件都发生了急剧的变化,比如国际经济下滑导致的外部需求降低、人民币汇率上升、土地成本上升、原材料价格上涨、工人工资上涨等,所有这些因素使OEM代工模式渐渐失去了比较优势。本土代工企业出于自身发展的需要,必须进行转型升级。 但是，21世纪企业的竞争将不再局限于企业和企业之间,供应链与供应链之间的竞争越发明显,竞争的结果会导致市场上只有供应链而没有企业的存在。因此,影响企业转型升级的因素已经不再局限于企业自身条件,而是扩展到企业所处的供应链环境。 本文基于供应链管理的视角，探讨了代工企业在供应链各环节的管理能力对企业转型升级的影响作用，并运用现实中成功进行转型的典型案例进行论证，以此为我国代工企业的转型提供借鉴。 关键词：代工企业 转型升级 OBM 供应链管理 ABSTRACT The manufacturing mode of OEM entered into our country under the back ground of movement of global value chain in 1980’s, and it has been developed greatly in the past years. However, the advancement of economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition in the industry, especially the financial tsunami by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis caused in 2008, endanger many local OEM enterprises survival and development. In addition, the external environment and its own conditions have ?changed, such as the decreasing external demand due to international economic downturn , the rising of exchange rate, land cost, raw material prices and worker’s wage, making OEM enterprise lost its previous strengths. In order to live and develop, the local OEM enterprise must transform and upgrade. However, the competition between enterprises in 21st century is no longer limited among enterprises, but extended to supply chains. The new kind of competition will cause that supply chains to replace enterprises in competitive market. Hence, the effect factors about the transformation and upgrade of enterprises are not restricted to enterprises any more. Based on supply chains management perspectives, this article argues every link of the supply chain management ability effect on transformation and upgrading of the enterprise. In addition, a successful example about OEM enterprise transformation is used to prove my standpoi
