关于中小企业人力资源管理问题探析-毕业论文.doc

精品文档 PAGE 可编辑 摘要 不期而遇的国际金融危机席卷全球，让国内中小企业面临着前所未有的生死局。然而，人力资源管理工作是随着中小企业经营环境的不断改变，在运营中出现的问题不断调整的，尤其是在当前全球金融危机对行业造成不同程度的影响的形势下，中小企业的人力资源管理就显得格外重要。本文从我国中小企业人力资源管理发展的现状出发，对金融危机这一非常时期中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行分析，并提出关于中小企业人力资源管理在企业战略转型、招聘裁员、绩效管理、薪酬福利、员工培训等一系列相应的举措，实现中小企业在金融危机下人力资源的最大效能发挥，从而建立科学、合理的人力资源管理流程。 关键词：金融危机；中小企业；人力资源管理 Abstract One of the international financial crisis sweeping the globe, make domestic smes facing unprecedented death. However, the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises are as the changing business environment, the problems in operation in the world, especially in the current financial crisis caused by different degree of industry of the situation, the influence of the human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises will appear particularly important. This small and medium-sized enterprises from the present situation of the development of human resources management of financial crisis, this very period of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the analysis of existing problems, and puts forward on small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management in enterprise strategic transformation, recruitment layoffs, performance management and welfare, staff training and so on a series of corresponding measures, small and medium-sized enterprises in the financial crisis of human resources under the maximum efficiency, thus establishing a scientific and reasonable manpower resources management process.
