摘要
随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展,物流业在这其中发挥的作用越来越举足轻重。现代物流业是在传统的物资流通、储藏运输、配货货代等行业的基础上,配合上现代的信息技术,引入控制论、运筹学,而今又加上电子商务理论的逐渐发展兴起,物流业在我国开始起步。我国要建立一个综合的物流体系,需要客观的认识到我国综合物流所处的发展阶段和发展进程。随着国民经济的发展,物流业将继续快速扩张,集中度也将继续提升,但随着物流市场的扩大,产业内部的分工也会越来越细。人力资源的配置关乎到企业的经营管理,也为企业合理发展起到决定性的作用。这绝不仅仅是员工跳槽影响职业稳定性的一方面,合理的人力资源配置不仅能提高企业的市场竞争力,还能使员工争相上岗促使企业整体水平提高。倘若只把物流业当做运输业不细心经营管理人力资源的配置,企业一定会被市场所淘汰。因此在这个新兴的朝阳产业中,人力资源的配置现状和未来却令人不得不对其产生思考。

abstract
With the development of economic globalization and information technology, logistics industry plays a more and more important role in the development of logistics industry.
