天奇制药公司薪酬制度中存在的问题及优化策略
【摘要】面对未来竞争激烈且快速变迁的经营环境,人力资源管理将成为企业成败的关键,健全的薪酬制度史吸引、激励、发展和留住人才的最有力的工具。无论处在那个管理阶段,薪酬管理始终是核心,而传统的薪酬设计理念将不足以满足现代高素质员工对工作质量的追求。在我国,由于工业化起步较晚,对薪酬管理的研究也起步较晚,由于长期受计划经济体制的影响,我国对企业薪酬的研究也大多带有一定程度的行政色彩。 本文对国内外薪酬管理的研究现状做了大量的资料分析与总结,并对赤峰市天奇制药有限责任公司做了充分调研。在此基础上,论文首先从薪酬结构和现有薪资方案等方面分析了天奇公司薪酬管理现状,并对公司概况做了介绍;其次对天奇公司薪酬管理中固定薪酬与绩效薪酬、内在薪酬与外在薪酬、福利与保障、薪资发放形式中存在的问题进行了系统分析,并给出了解决方案。

-man resource management will be the key to success, improve the pay system to attra -ct, motivate, develop and retain talent of the most powerful tool. No matter in which management phase. Salary management has always been the core, the traditional conc -ept of the pay structure of modern high-quality staff will be insufficient to meet the p -ursuit of quality of work and life. On this basis, it first analyzed the salary management status from the existi -ng salary structure and salary program .Second analyze the problem of fixed salary a -nd performance pay, internal and external pay, benefits and security, the payroll form. And draw up solutions.
